Claude training for enterprise teams

Futurelab runs hands-on Claude training for enterprise teams. People practise on their own tasks, learn to give Claude the right context and check its output, and leave with playbooks and templates they can reuse in daily work. Futurelab is part of the Claude Partner Network.

Better answers start with a better brief.

Most disappointing answers come from thin requests. In the room, people practise adding the four things that change what Claude gives back.

Context: Say what Claude needs to know

The situation, the source material and what has already been tried.

Audience: Say who it is for

Who will read the work and what they care about, so the tone and depth land.

Example: Show the standard

A sample of good output, so Claude matches the bar you hold.

Format: Ask for the shape you need

A table, a one-page note, or three options with the trade-offs.

Move from trying Claude to working with it every day.

Access is the easy part. The gap is knowing how to give Claude the right context, check what comes back and build it into a real workflow.

Better working habits

Learn to brief Claude with context, structure and examples, and to iterate toward work you would put your name to.

Useful workflows

Apply Claude to long documents, research, analysis, drafting and review, using outputs from your own function.

Responsible use

Build in verification, confidentiality and human review, so quality and accountability stay high.

Hands-on, not slideware Live practice on your team’s own tasks, inside the tools your organisation approves. People leave with work done, not notes taken.

Four ways teams learn Claude with us.

Start with one format or combine them. Each is shaped around your roles, your material and the data boundaries your organisation sets.

Claude foundations

A practical baseline for teams who are new to Claude or using it casually.

  • How Claude reads, reasons and where it can go wrong
  • Briefing well: context, role, examples and format
  • Projects, files and reusable instructions
  • A first workflow built on a real task

Function workshops

Focused sessions for sales, marketing, finance, product and leadership teams, using their own material.

  • Sales: account research, call prep and proposals
  • Marketing: briefs, campaign drafts and content review
  • Finance: variance notes, policy and contract reads
  • Leadership: board packs, decision memos and team updates

Documents and research

Working with long reports, contracts and source material to summarise, compare and extract what matters.

  • Summarise and compare long reports and contracts
  • Pull figures, clauses and actions into tables
  • Synthesise interviews, surveys and feedback
  • Check every claim against the source

Team playbooks

Shared prompts, checks and working agreements so good practice spreads beyond the first few users.

  • A shared prompt library for recurring tasks
  • Quality checks before anything goes out
  • Working agreements on data and review
  • Follow-on clinics for questions from real use

How a programme comes together.

Three steps, shaped around your teams and your calendar. Every one ends with something people can use.

  1. Understand your teams

We learn the roles, tools, data boundaries and daily tasks in the room, then shape the programme around them.

You get: A programme plan for your roles and tools

  2. Practise on real work

Interactive sessions where people work through realistic tasks in Claude, with templates they can reuse straight away.

You get: Prompts and templates people reuse the next day

  3. Embed the habit

Playbooks, prompt libraries and follow-on clinics turn one workshop into a routine.

You get: A team playbook and follow-on clinic

Frequently asked questions

Is Futurelab a Claude partner?

Yes. Futurelab Studios is part of the Claude Partner Network. We train enterprise teams to use Claude well and build Claude-based workflows for them.

Is Claude training suitable for non-technical teams?

Yes. The programme is built for people in sales, marketing, finance, product and leadership roles, and focuses on useful work rather than code or technical jargon.

Which Claude plan or tools do participants need?

We design around the access your organisation already approves and advise on the best setup for the team. Participants work on their own tasks, so the session is most useful when they can use Claude during it.

Can the training use our own documents and examples?

Where appropriate and approved, we work with sanitised or organisation-specific material. We agree data boundaries with you before the session.

How is this different from generic AI training?

It is centred on how your teams use Claude for their real work, including documents, research, analysis and drafting, with verification and human review built into every exercise.

Do you offer virtual and in-person formats?

Yes. Claude training runs on site, online or as a blended programme, depending on the team.
