Futurelab runs corporate AI training that teams can use on Monday. Role-based sessions combine a plain-English foundation, live practice on real tasks and follow-on support, through AI Essentials, the Workflow Accelerator, functional workshops and AI School. Futurelab is an OpenAI Select Partner and part of the Claude Partner Network, and trains teams on ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

Whatever the team and the tool, every session follows the same shape, so people leave with work done and a habit started.
What AI can and cannot do, in words a busy manager needs, so the rest of the session makes sense.
A live demonstration on a task from your team’s own week, not a toy example.
People take their own task and work it through, with a facilitator in the room to unblock them.
How to spot weak answers, check sources and decide what a person must review before anything goes out.
Prompts, checklists and workflows tied to your roles, so Tuesday looks different from Monday.
The same method, tuned to the work each team actually does. Pick a team to see what it practises and how the programme runs.
Sharper account planning, call preparation, proposals and follow-ups.
Faster research and stronger first drafts, with brand judgment kept human.
Clearer analysis and reporting, with verification built into every step.
Less admin around hiring, policy and learning, and more time with people.
A grounded view of what AI changes, where to act and how to bring people along.
Better AI product bets, faster prototypes and evaluation built in from the start.
Hands-on ChatGPT training from an OpenAI Select Partner, built around your team’s own work.
Hands-on training for teams that want to get real work done with Claude.
Make Copilot useful in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
In your office, at an offsite, online for distributed teams, or a mix of the three. These are some of the cities where we have run sessions in person.
Our sessions combine clear mental models, live practice and work-along exercises, so people leave with useful outputs and the confidence to keep going.
Plain-English foundations and hands-on practice for people at different starting points, from first-time users to the already curious.
Use AI for research, analysis, communication, planning and the tasks specific to each role, with a person checking the result.
Office hours, resource libraries and structured follow-up after the workshop, so learning becomes habit and not a one-off event.
Role-based. Work-along. Built around your team’s real roles, tools and outputs. People leave with finished work, not just notes.
Begin with one programme or combine them. Each is shaped around your roles, your tools and the data boundaries your organisation sets.
A practical foundation for teams beginning their AI journey.
A work-along programme that improves live workflows, one task at a time.
Focused AI practice for marketing, sales, finance, HR and product teams.
Ongoing learning, office hours and resources for enterprise adoption.
Three steps, shaped around your calendar. Each one ends with something your teams keep.
We align the programme to your teams, tools and business priorities, and agree what data and tools can be used.
You get: A programme plan by role and tool
Interactive, role-specific sessions with practical exercises and templates, in person, online or blended.
You get: Finished work and reusable templates
Follow-on clinics and adoption support that turn what people learned into everyday habits.
You get: Office hours and a team playbook
A practical programme that made AI tools and workflows easier to apply.

We start with AI Essentials for a shared, plain-English foundation, move to hands-on work on live workflows through the Workflow Accelerator and functional workshops, and keep it going with follow-on support and AI School. Each stage builds on the previous one.
Good training should leave teams with clearer use cases, safer AI habits, reusable workflows, and a practical path from awareness to adoption. Results depend on whether the organisation gives people time and permission to apply what they learned.
Programs range from half-day executive sessions to multi-week department rollouts. A typical engagement includes 3-4 sessions per team over 2-4 weeks, with follow-up support.
Yes. Every program is tailored with industry-specific use cases, tools, and examples. We have delivered across financial services, FMCG, education, healthcare, retail, and social sector organisations.
Yes. We deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, and have run sessions for teams spread across India, South East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
It can. Many organisations run training and forward deployed engineering together, so the workflows people learn about in a session are the same ones being automated in production. That pairing is usually what turns training into adoption.
Yes. We run corporate AI training on site across India and online for distributed teams. We have delivered sessions in person in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune and Patna.
Yes. Futurelab is an OpenAI Select Partner, and ChatGPT training is one of our core programmes: projects and custom GPTs for repeat work, analysis of your own files, and research with the sources checked. We also train teams on Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
Yes. The focus is on useful work, not coding or technical jargon. People bring tasks from their own role and practise on them with a facilitator in the room.
Yes. We adapt examples, exercises and outputs to the roles in the room, with dedicated programmes for sales, marketing, finance, HR and leadership teams.
We can design around your approved tool stack and advise on the best setup. Many exercises work with the tools your organisation already licenses.
Yes, as well as in-person and blended programmes. The format depends on where your teams are and how they work best.
Training is usually priced per cohort or per session rather than per head, with the main variables being group size, how much the content is tailored to your workflows, and whether it is delivered on site. Generic tool training is cheaper; sessions built around your actual processes cost more and change behaviour more reliably.
It should cover the work your teams do, using the tools they will actually have access to. Training that demonstrates capabilities without connecting them to a real task tends not to survive contact with a busy week. Ask any provider how the session maps to specific workflows, and what participants are expected to do differently the following Monday.
Ask who delivers the session and what they have built. A great deal of AI training is delivered by trainers rather than practitioners, which shows the moment a participant asks something specific. Ask for the session outline, whether content is tailored to your workflows, and what support exists after the session ends.
Short and repeated generally beats long and single. A focused session on a real workflow, followed by time to apply it and a second session to resolve what broke, produces more durable change than a full-day immersion. The constraint is rarely how much people can learn; it is how much they can adopt while doing their existing job.
In person works better when the goal is behaviour change across a team, because the questions that matter tend to surface informally. Online works well for tool-specific content and for distributed teams. Many engagements combine the two: in-person for the workflow sessions, online for follow-up and reinforcement.
Yes. Workshops are delivered on site in Bengaluru where a team wants to be in one room, and online where the group is distributed. The content is built around your workflows either way, because generic tool training tends not to survive contact with a busy week.
Start with a scoping call covering who attends, what they do day to day, and which tools they already have access to. That determines whether the session runs on site or online and how the content is tailored. Contact details are on the contact page.
Tell us who would attend, what they work on and which tools they use. We will suggest a format that fits.
